要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.经公用工程经理的领导下，负责公用工程电气设备的管理的有关规章制度和技术规范Under the leadership of utility manager, be responsible for the regulation and technical specification of utility electrical equipment management.
2.对公司公用工程的设备进行预防性维护。针对全厂公用工程关键性的动力设备开展预防性维护，建立预防性维护体系，延长设备的使用寿命，提高生产效率，降低维修成本Preventive maintenance of the company’s utility equipment. To carry out preventive maintenance, establish the preventive maintenance system, prolong the service life of the equipment for utility equipments, improve production efficiency, reduce maintenance cost.
3.对电气设备进行电能质量改造，节约电能，提高功率因数，减少谐波对设备的危害To improve the power quality of electrical equipment, save energy, improve power factor, reduce the harm of harmonic to equipment.
4.对全厂公用工程控制系统进行升级改造，实现自动化，网络化，实现全厂监控。Upgraded for utilty works control system to realize automation, network and monitor the whole plant.
5.对公用工程设备进行升级改造Upgrading for utility equipments.
6.对设备控制软件的管理和应用Management and application of equipment control software.
7.对于电气设备出现的疑难问题给予指导和解决Provide guidance and solution to the difficult problems of electrical equipment.
8.对公用工程电工进行基本技能培训Train basic skills for electrician in utility.
